The CSC management team brings over eighty years of combined golf course experience to the project. The team has been intimately involved in the industry from design to construction of new courses and renovation of existing courses. A history of managing operations enables us to understand and anticipate the needs of owners and investors. Experience, combined with dedication to providing a quality product and unparalleled service, qualifies this team to manage the needs of a multidimensional golf facility.

Rick Ray (President) is not only the majority owner of CSC, but a golf course owner first and foremost. The Ray/McMillin families currently own golf properties in Southern California. With over a decade of ownership experience, Rick prefers a "hands on" approach to the management of his properties. It was his desire to self-manage his golf courses and restaurants, that led Rick to create CSC Golf Management LLC.

Mark Stevens (Executive Vice President) is a PGA Professional with over twenty-five years of golf management experience. Mark has a background in providing superior guest services and building successful management teams. With skills ranging from new start-ups, remodeling construction projects, take-over strategies and branding concepts, Mark has the experience to provide recommendations for most any situation a golf property may experience.

Mark Doyle (Vice President/CFO) draws from his twenty plus years experience as a CPA and Executive Vice President of the Corky McMillin Companies to provide fiscal insight and experience to help guide CSC Golf Management. Mark's management skills and experience in the golf industry encompass all facets of the golf management, among them golf course operations, food and beverage, financial operations, management oversight, and financial reporting.
